If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. For security purposes, there are cameras that monitor the exterior of the property. Starter pack of supplies provided but please bring your own k-cups, charcoal, supplies etc. Read rules before booking.
Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to storms/road conditions. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.
